Izzy Ridabock
Founder & Lead Whitening Specialist | Frosted Teeth Whitening
With more than a decade of experience as a certified dental assistant, Izzy has built her career around dentistry, confidence, and helping people feel their best. Today, she balances several roles she is incredibly proud of: mom, dental sales representative, and founder of Frosted Teeth Whitening.
Izzy launched Frosted in 2023 with a vision of making professional teeth whitening feel more accessible, comfortable, and enjoyable. What began as a side business while she balanced two other jobs quickly grew into a brand centered around both results and experience.
Understanding that traditional dental settings can sometimes feel intimidating, Izzy intentionally designed Frosted to feel more like a self-care appointment. Each session is personalized and relaxing, with an emphasis on beautiful whitening results while prioritizing client comfort and minimizing sensitivity.
Her background in dentistry gives her a unique perspective on the services she provides, while her approachable style helps clients feel at ease from the moment they arrive.
For Izzy, Frosted is about more than a brighter smile. It is about creating a space where clients can relax, feel pampered, and walk away feeling even more confident than when they came in.

Jenine Wright, MA, NTP
Founder | Fit Life
Jenine Wright, MA, NTP, is a fitness and wellness expert, nutrition therapy practitioner, educator, author, and founder of Fit Life, a health and wellness community she created nearly two decades ago to help people live better.
With a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and extensive training in holistic nutrition and wellness, Jenine brings a whole-person perspective to health. Her work explores how movement, nutrition, sleep, stress, environment, and everyday habits work together to influence how we feel and function.
A longtime educator, Jenine is especially passionate about helping people better understand the changing food system, navigate nutrition information, and separate credible guidance from wellness trends and misinformation. Through workshops, speaking, client work, and her role as co-host of the It’s Already In You podcast, she makes complex health topics practical and approachable.
She is also the author of the Live Better Journal, designed to help people build greater awareness and sustainable habits without perfection or overwhelm.
As a mom of two daughters, Jenine also brings a deeply personal perspective to women’s wellness and the changing seasons of life. Today, she is increasingly focused on helping women care for themselves with greater intention, strength, curiosity, and self-care rooted in evidence rather than quick fixes.

Geena Novinsky
Founder | Hometown Mental Health & Wellness
Geena Novinsky is the founder of Hometown Mental Health & Wellness, a Massachusetts-based psychiatric practice she launched in 2022 with a vision of creating meaningful, patient-centered work while building more flexibility for life with her three children.
A dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Geena began by seeing patients independently. Since then, Hometown Mental Health & Wellness has grown into a family-run group practice of psychiatric nurse practitioners serving patients throughout Massachusetts. Her husband, Paul, eventually left his 12-year career as a firefighter and paramedic to help build and operate the practice alongside her.
As the business grew, Geena also felt called to expand the mental health conversation beyond the walls of a traditional appointment. In 2025, she launched @psychnpfromhome, where she shares candid perspectives on psychiatric medication, motherhood, marriage, sobriety, entrepreneurship, and the realities of caring for your own mental health while helping others care for theirs.
Across both platforms, Geena is working to make mental health feel more approachable, relatable, and woven into everyday life.
Her philosophy is refreshingly simple: some of the most important conversations do not need to feel clinical or perfectly polished—they can feel a lot more like sitting on the front porch with someone who gets it.

Carla
Founder | Creative Contour by Carla
Carla is a makeup concierge, speaker, business owner, and founder of Creative Contour by Carla, where she uses beauty as a vehicle for confidence, self-expression, and intentional self-care.
With more than 12 years of experience as a makeup artist, Carla has seen firsthand how beauty standards can impact the way people see themselves. Her work challenges the idea that makeup should be about covering imperfections or conforming to someone else’s definition of beauty. Instead, she encourages clients to use makeup as a tool for celebrating what is already there.
For Carla, even the smallest beauty ritual can become an opportunity to practice self-love. Applying mascara can be a moment to appreciate your eyes. Blending blush can be a reminder to recognize your own beauty. The goal is not transformation, but intention.
Carla also believes true confidence extends far beyond what we see in the mirror. Through her speaking, beauty work, and personal journey, she openly shares the importance of doing the internal work required to build lasting self-esteem and self-acceptance.
At the heart of Creative Contour by Carla is a message that extends well beyond makeup: loving yourself is an ongoing practice, and self-care can begin with simply choosing to pour a little more love back into yourself.
